Heather joined Hope House as the Director of Human Resources in July of 2020. She came to Hope House after serving as a Human Resource Manager at the Watervliet Arsenal and previously at Power Pallet. Heather served in the U.S. Air Force in Human Resources and retired from the Air Force in 2014. She is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM), and the Capital Region Human Resource Association. Heather received her Bachelor’s in Business Management with a concentration in Human Resource Management from Excelsior College of Albany.
