Jack joined Hope House as an intern in July of 2012. He has held various positions within the organization such as Primary Counselor, Admissions Supervisor and was promoted to Director of Compliance and Quality Assurance in February of 2020. Jack left the organization for a brief time to work on a grant project related to individuals with substance abuse disorders that were involved with criminal justice system. Jack worked for over 25 years in the private sector in various accounting positions throughout the Capital District. Jack has a bachelor’s degree in Business and an MBA with a concentration in Accounting and Business Management, both from Siena College. In addition to his Business Education he has completed the educational and clinical requirements to become an Advanced CASAC;
